Pre-Employment Transition Services Program (Pre-ETS)
In partnership with WA State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), our Pre-Employment Transition Services offer youth, ages 14-21 who utilize Individual Education Plans (IEP’s) or 504 plans (Accommodations) services to prepare them for the world of work.
High-School Transition Program
High School Transition Program is a team effort providing support and guidance as you prepare to transition from high school to the work place. Morningside staff will work with you, your parents, your school staff and counselors to help you identify your career interests and to build a plan to get you there.
Project SEARCH
Project SEARCH is a nine month school-to-work program for students with disabilities on the The Evergreen State College campus. Started in 2009, it is a collaborative effort between Morningside, The Evergreen State College, and Olympia School District, and is funded in part by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
Foundational Community Supports
Foundational Community Supports (FCS) is a program offering benefits for supportive housing and supported employment for Apple Health-eligible beneficiaries with complex needs.
Community Protection Program
Our Community Protection Program assists individuals who require extensive support, or 24 hour line-of-sight supervision, to work safely in their communities. Morningside is the oldest provider of these services in Washington. Our program provides a structured, therapeutic environment for persons with community protection issues. The program works with the state’s voluntary Community Protection Program, which Washington started routing though waiver funding (through DDA and counties).
